1. School Improvement Plans:  Two Academic Goals (informed by 2017-2018 Student Achievement Data) and One Student Engagement Goal per school
2. School Committee Development Topics:  Universal Design for Learning (UDL),      Roles of Instructional Coaches and Interventionists, Project Based Learning (PBL), and Visible Learning

     
B.   School Committee Break-out Groups  

1. Group 1: Grades K-3 Principals and School Committee
2. Group 2: Grades 4-12 Principals and School Committee

 
C.   Listening Session and Group Discussion
